With an amplified sound level of up to 110 decibels at 1 metre, the sound spreads over a great distance. The Harmonys outdoor speaker comes with a compression system. As a result, messages can be clearly heard by anyone near the building. The volume can be set remotely and individually using the speaker’s embedded server. It comes with internal storage space where you can upload mp3 audio files to broadcast bells, lockdown alerts and melodies using the SIGMA master clock and the IP control box. The speaker can also broadcast voice calls made by the Harmonys IP microphone.
This IP device has been specially designed for outdoor use. For example, it can be installed on a wall in school playgrounds, on factory building facades or above main entrances. This sound projector is so robust that it can withstand nearly any kind of weather. It can operate at extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C and +55°C. No matter where the building is located, the audio system will work. The Harmonys casing is made of ultra-resistant polycarbonate, combining durability and solidity.
