5.1 Copyright
The Site is a work whose author is BODET TIME & SPORT within the meaning of Articles L 111.1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The graphic design and realization of the Site were carried out by BODET SA.
The texts and photographs, animations, drawings, sounds, and other works are the exclusive property of BODET TIME & SPORT.
Any direct or indirect, temporary or permanent reproduction, by any means whatsoever, in whole or in part, as well as any representation, use, or modification, even partial, of the Site is prohibited. These acts constitute an infringement punishable by three years' imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 € (Article L 716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
5.2 Trademark Rights
The verbal or semi-figurative trademarks have been registered by BODET TIME & SPORT or its subsidiaries and are their exclusive property.
Reproduction, use, imitation, affixing, deletion, or modification of these trademarks without the prior authorization of BODET TIME & SPORT or their owners constitutes an infringement punishable by three years' imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 € (Article L 716-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
Article 6 : Hypertext Links and Referencing
The Site may contain hypertext links leading to other websites completely independent of the Site. BODET TIME & SPORT does not assume any responsibility or guarantee that the information contained in such hypertext links or in any websites to which they refer is accurate, complete, or true.
Therefore, any access to another website linked to the Site is at the user's sole responsibility.
Any creation of a hypertext link to the Site and any referencing thereof is prohibited without the express and written authorization of BODET TIME & SPORT.
